Cancellation policy:
• No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours notice.
• The S$45 credit value will be valid for one month for cancellation more than 24 hours.
• In accordance with DNC and PDPA regulations, by submitting this form you are also giving us consent to contact you via phone and email with the information you have filled in above.
Disclaimer Policy:
• Card member has to spend overseas S$1,000 to rebate S$90 in the same quarter.
• MLS Limousine strongly recommends that customers schedule their pick-up time to be a minimum of 2.5 hours prior to their flight’s scheduled departure. For pick-up locations that are 35 kilometers or more from the airport, we recommend a minimum of 3 hours prior to the flight’s departure time to allow for unforeseen circumstances.
Terms & Conditions and Surcharges Applicable
• Bookings for the Service must be made at least two (2) days before the pickup date, failing which a surcharge of S$10 will apply (“Late Bookings”).
• UOB disclaims any liability or responsibility for transaction posting delays or failures that may affect your eligibility for the Cash Rebate.
• The Cash Rebate amount is based on four (4) passengers with a total of up to four (4) check-in AND/OR cabin-sized luggage bags (combined) in one (1).
• Pursuant to Land Transport Authority (LTA) regulations, children with a height under 1.35 meters are required to use a car seat. A surcharge of S$10 will be applied for each car seat or booster seat. This applies to limousine services to Singapore Changi Airport.
• Please be advised that any supplementary items, including but not limited to boxes, bags, strollers, and sports equipment, will be classified as luggage.
• A surcharge of S$10 will be applied for any booking with more than four (4) combined checked or cabin-sized luggage bags.
• A surcharge of S$10 will apply if there are more than four (4) passengers on the departure day.
• A bulky item fee of S$10 will apply to sports equipment and additional items, such as bike boxes, golf bags, or ski boards.
• A surcharge of S$20 will be applied for seven (7) seater Mercedes and Toyota Alphard vehicles, while a surcharge of S$30 will be applied for the nine (9) seater Luxury Toyota Highroof.
• A surcharge of S$10 will apply for pick-up between 11.30pm to 6.30am.
• A grace period of 15 minutes waiting time will be provided for each service. Subsequently, an excess waiting time surcharge of S$10 will be applicable for each subsequent 15-minute block. If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, including the initial 15-minute grace period, the booking will be considered a no-show.
• Please be advised that a surcharge of S$10 will be applied for all pick-ups originating from Sentosa Island. This surcharge does not apply to pick-up locations on Jurong Island.
• After receiving the confirmation email, please pay with your PRVI Miles American Express Card and WhatsApp 9800 4874. Any booking changes or cancellations must be sent via WhatsApp to 9800 4874, at least 24 hours before pickup. Otherwise, amendment/cancellation charges apply.
• A S$10 amendment fee will be applied for any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
• A S$10 amendment fee will be applied for any pick-up time changes exceeding 15 minutes on the date of departure.
• Non refund for cancellations within 24 hours notice.
• The S$45 credit will be valid for one month upon cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance.
• A surcharge of S$10 will be applied for pick-up locations situated 35 km or more from the airport.
