Terms And Conditions

  • A pick-up time of at least 3 hrs before departure is strongly encouraged to avoid unforeseen conditions.
  • A surcharge of S$10 applies for pick-up between 11:30PM – 06:30AM.
  • A grace period of 15 minutes waiting time will be given. Thereafter, excess waiting time surcharge of S$10 is payable for the next 15-minute block. If waiting time exceed beyond 30 minutes (including the 15 minutes grace period), the booking will be regarded as a no-show by customer.
  • A S$10 amendment fee applies for any change of pick-up time by more than 30 minutes on the transfer date.
  • Full amount fee non refund applies for cancellation made on the transfer date.
  • Any incident or damage on car may incur surcharge to customer
  • For arrival , if the Driver has waited after your flight landed 1 hr , It will be another arrival charge.
  • Any additional stop on the way is $15. Out of the way is $40.
  • Payment by credit card  subject to a 10% admin fee on the rate.
